How do I update my details?

Your details can all be changed in your account, which can be accessed by clicking on your log in email address in the top right hand side beside the shopping basket icon


How do I change my order once it is placed?

If you need to make an amendment of your order please contact us at exercisebooks@hamelinbrands.com or 0800 254 5052


How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before the supply is made. If you do, you are to pay us on demand a reasonable cancellation charge which takes into account all work we have done under the agreement, all costs we have incurred and any costs we are committed to pay, and our loss of profit.


Can I track my delivery?

You can check on the status of your order by going into your account and clicking on orders. Alternatively, you can contact us at exercisebooks@hamelinbrands.com or 0800 254 5052 for an update.


When will my books be delivered?

If you order standard exercise books these will be delivered to you within 5 working days. If you have ordered your personalised exercise books through our fast track service, you will receive these 3 weeks from approval of your logo. If you have ordered your personalised exercise books through our Back to School Service, we operate an 8-week lead time. We will always give you a delivery from date when you place your order on the site or via email.


What is the delivery charge?

Delivery is free! However you must meet our minimum £50 order criteria to be eligible.


What size should my logo be?

All logos that are uploaded to our site should be in JPEG format and be a minimum of 200DPI. If you are unsure about the quality of your logo please continue to use it on the site. We check all logos before we print the books and if we feel that your logo needs to be re-drawn or require additional work to make it ready for print we will contact you and do this for you free of charge. How to print copy of order?

A copy of your order will be sent to the email address that is registered to your account as confirmation. Alternatively, you can access your order history and print this off in the ‘Order’ Section in your account area.


Can I get a sample?

Can I have a different quality of book or a book not on the list?

This year are only able to offer the products that are provided on the website. However, we are continuing to look at the range and we will look to add additional products to our range in the future. Please email us at exercisebooks@hamelinbrands.com if there are any books you would like us to look into.


Can I have a better price?

We are confident that the price we list on our site will beat the current price from your supplier for personalised exercise books. Please contact us on 0800 254 5052 for more information.


What if when they arrive they are not like my order?

All products that are personalised with your logo have be approved online by yourself before production. However, if you wish to raise a query about your order please email us at exercisebooks@hamelinbrands.com or 0800 254 5052
